FCA warns against forex broker KayaFX firm
UK’s Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) has published a warning against the CFD and forex broker KayaFX. As per usual, the warning is issued because the broker offers its services in the United Kingdom without having the proper authorization.
According to its website, the broker is based in Tallinn, Estonia, but we could not find any regulatory information.
UK financial regulator Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) has issued its latest warning against an unregulated financial services provider targeting UK consumers. The FCA’s latest warning is against the company forex broker KayaFX.
This company is not authorized by the FCA but has been targeting people in the United Kingdom and is also carrying on regulated activities which require authorization:
Address: C/O GammaTech Services OU, Roosikrantsi 2-K284, Talinn, Harju maakond, 10119
In general, we always encourage our readers to avoid dealing with non-regulated brokers and to do research in the broker they chose, before opening an account and put in money.
